Built by one founder — test it before you believe it

Paste a website. Meet its AI employee.

Out of the box it answers support questions

ChatDock reads the site's public pages and opens a working assistant in about a minute — for your own business, or for every client you manage, from one dashboard.

Everything above runs on the site you paste. Nothing is staged.

Three things worth knowing before you try it — including the part where I tell you what this page does not have.

Answers come from approved content

The demo reads real pages from whatever URL you give it, the same way a client workspace does. What it can't find, it won't invent.

From the founder

“ChatDock is early and I build it myself, so you won't find customer logos or testimonials on this page yet, and I'm not going to invent them. What you can do is test it on a real site right now, and email me when something breaks.”

Answer quality

Helpful when it knows, and honest when it doesn’t.

The question every agency owner asks before putting this on a client’s site, answered by showing both branches rather than promising accuracy.

It knows this one

What are your selling fees?

Our commission is 1.8% including marketing and photography, with no upfront costs. Valuations are free, and most homes go live within a week of instruction.Source: /selling

Answered from an approved page on the client’s own website.

It does not know this one

Will the seller accept an offer below asking?

I can’t speak for the seller. Offers go through the listing agent, who presents every one of them. If you leave your name and number with the amount you have in mind, the agent will come back to you directly.

No answer was invented. The visitor is handed to a person, and you keep the lead.

  • Approved content only

The assistant answers from the client’s website pages and the documents you upload. Nothing else is in scope.

  • Test before it is public

Run the questions a real customer would ask in a private test chat, and keep editing until the answers are right.

  • Knowledge stays separated

Each client workspace has its own knowledge base. One client’s content is never used to answer another client’s visitor.

  • Unknowns become leads

When it cannot answer, it stops and offers to take the visitor’s details so a person can follow up.

  • Review and improve

Every conversation is readable afterwards, so gaps in the client’s content turn into a fix list instead of a surprise.

Talk to us

What happens at the message limit: the assistant stops replying to new visitors until the allowance resets on your next 30-day cycle, or until you upgrade. There is no automatic overage charge and no surprise invoice. Messages are pooled across all of your client workspaces rather than allocated per client.

Questions before you commit

The things you’d ask on a sales call, answered here instead.

Including the parts that aren’t built yet.

It answers from content you approve (the client’s website pages and the documents you upload) and nothing else. When a question falls outside that, it says it cannot confirm and offers to take the visitor’s details so a person can follow up. You will still want to test it before launch, which is why every workspace has a private test chat.

Yes. A real-estate office, a dental practice, or any business with a website can run ChatDock directly: sign up, add your own site as the first (and only) workspace, and you get the same assistant, lead capture and booking requests. The dashboard is built to hold many clients, but it works just as well holding one — yours. The 7-day free trial is enough to test it on your real site.

An afternoon for the first client, and less for the ones after it. Roughly: two minutes to paste the website and upload documents, ten minutes to review what it learned and test real questions, ten minutes to set branding and the lead questions, five minutes to paste the embed snippet.

Yes. Every workspace has a private test chat that only you can see. Ask it the questions a real customer would ask, fix the gaps, and only then copy the embed snippet. Nothing is visible to visitors until the snippet is on the site.

Yes. That is the point of the product. Each client gets a separate workspace and you run all of them from one agency dashboard with one login. How many workspaces you can have live depends on your plan: one on Starter, two on Growth, five on Business — and more by arrangement if you manage a larger roster.

Yes. Knowledge, branding, conversations, leads and appointments belong to one workspace. One client’s content is never used to answer another client’s visitor, and the workspaces do not share a knowledge base.

Yes. You set the client’s logo, colours, assistant name, greeting and tone per workspace, so it reads as part of their site rather than a third-party tool bolted on.

Yes. You define the questions that qualify a lead for that specific business, and the assistant asks them inside the conversation, saves the visitor’s name and contact details, and guides serious visitors toward booking. Leads and appointment requests appear in your dashboard.

Yes. Installation is a single script tag placed before the closing body tag, which every one of those platforms supports. There is no plugin to install and no theme to modify.

Not yet. Today you open the client’s workspace and walk them through conversations, leads and appointments on a review call. A simplified client-facing view is on the roadmap, and we would rather say that plainly than sell you something that is not built.

Yes, on the Growth and Business plans. The “Powered by” badge is removed from the widget entirely so the assistant carries only your client’s brand. On Starter the badge stays.

The assistant stops replying to new visitors until your allowance resets on the next 30-day cycle, or until you upgrade. There is no automatic overage charge. Messages are pooled across all of your client workspaces rather than allocated to each one.

Not today. Full conversation history and every captured lead are readable in the dashboard, but there is no CSV or API export yet. It is on the roadmap.

Not a live one — ChatDock is deliberately AI-only. When a conversation needs a person, the assistant says so honestly, collects the visitor’s contact details, and the conversation lands in your inbox with the full transcript so a human follows up on their own time. No visitor is ever left waiting for an agent who is not coming.

That is your call and it depends on your market and what the client’s existing retainer looks like. You can fold it into an existing website or SEO retainer as an added line item, or sell it standalone. Use the margin calculator on this page to model your own numbers. We do not publish a recommended price, because we do not have enough real customer data to responsibly claim one.
